The Abuja MoU joins the International Maritime Organization (IMO), the global maritime community, and related ministries in celebrating World Maritime Day on 26th September 2024!
This year’s theme, “Navigating the Future: Safety First!”, highlights the importance of safe navigation across our Oceans, Seas, Rivers, Waterways, and Estuaries. The Abuja MoU remains committed to working with all stakeholders to ensure the continued protection and safety of these critical maritime environments.
Together, we are making strides toward a safer and more sustainable future, contributing to global efforts in promoting safety, environmental protection, and improved shipping standards.
