From 18 to 29 November 2024, the Indian Ocean MoU (IOMoU), in collaboration with the Kenya Maritime Authority, hosted the Port State Control (PSC) Expert Mission Training in Mombasa, Kenya. This training program aimed to enhance the expertise of participants in conducting port State control inspections to ensure maritime safety and combat substandard shipping.
The Abuja MoU region was proudly represented by:
- Mrs. Felicite GODZIA (Republic of Congo),
- Mr. Yapo Sylvestre AYE (Côte d’Ivoire), and
- Mr. Yankuba MARAH (Sierra Leone).
